DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

Your Materiel respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website (your-materiel.com) to do the same.

1. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

2. Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, we will:

  • Review the complaint for completeness and accuracy.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • Notify the content owner or user who posted the material.

We may, at our discretion, terminate user accounts or access rights in cases of repeated copyright violations.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification. It must include the following:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit or terminate access to the website of any user who infringes any intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is any repeat infringement.
